Hello y'all! Is it me or is March actually getting colder rather than warmer?! Designers' Fall-Winter/Autumn-Winter lines are already being cat-walked and we haven't even hit Spring-Summer yet! Anyone else see anything wrong with this picture?!
Anyway...so I'm back from India (wahey!) - it was a great learning experience; taught me a lot about myself and gave me a chance to reflect on everything that's been going on in life from a different perspective. It's amazing, when you remove yourself from a situation or situations completely, how differently you start to think. That, coupled with talking to people from various walks of life, can completely melt down what you thought was the 'right' way of thinking and make you think from a completely different angle! It's almost as if I started thinking all over again, with a fresh mind and fresh perspective - and it felt great! I made some decisions which I hope will be better for life and push me forward. Here's hopin'...
Speaking of which - one of the things I have to do (again!) is hunt for another job. Is it me or is job hunting one of THE most soul destroying things ever?! All the non-replies and rejections - it can really bring your morale down. Plus some recruitment agencies don't even put the correct blurb up - what exactly clients want - and you end up applying for jobs that you're actually not right for, even though you may think you are according to what they write in the blurb. Which is sad really. And almost false advertising!
It's strange the direction life moves in. And takes you in. And all you can do is go with the flow, do your best and hope God guides you through and has something planned for you!
As Pope John XXIII said: "Consult not your fears, but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what is still possible for you to do."
Have a great evening, y'all, whatever you're doing!

As for the weather, try 10 minutes of sunshine going out of one city and then hitting thick fog 10 miles later...followed by rain..then sunshine again...
